If you have said yes to following Jesus or are ready to get involved in any capacity at City Wide, Next Step Classes are where you need to be! Our Next Steps course was created with you in mind to empower you in your relationship with Jesus and equip you with a foundation for the Kingdom of God.

What is Baptism?
An outward expression of an inward decision. Baptism is an opportunity for those who wish to confess to the world that Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior. This act of love symbolizes our decision to deny our flesh and start a new life with Jesus as the author of our lives and Lord of our hearts. Not only do we celebrate a new life in Christ, but we honor God by obeying His word!
Why should I be Baptized?
Jesus commands all who have made a decision to follow Him to be baptized in His name. We encourage all those who have accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior to be baptized as an outward symbol of love and obedience. Sign up to be notified for the next available opportunity.

We value serving in the local church and being a part of the greater vision of the house. Each community member is challenged to be selfless in their commitment to the Gospel and to serve in some capacity in the local church. As Jesus served the 12, we to serve the body. It is each community members commitment and serving that allows for others to come and connect with the gospel message. Servant leadership is the strength of the church.
Driven Membership
Our one-day Driven Membership class is designed to help you get familiar with City Wide's history, culture, beliefs and values. It also gives you the opportunity to join us in membership and learn about serving opportunities and the different ministries that make up this community.
Becoming a member empowers you to take ownership of your role in the body of Christ. God is calling us to be His hands and feet and you are important to our mission of being the largest soul-saving effort in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
